If an additional sleeping space is needed there is a futon couch outside of one of the upstairs bedrooms. Convenience is further enhanced by a mud room with a washer and dryer. To ensure that the house remains in excellent condition for all guests, we kindly request no smoking, pets, or parties during your stay. This policy allows us to maintain a pristine and enjoyable environment for everyone. he backyard offers an escape, providing opportunities for outdoor enjoyment. We had the unfortunate experience of long term renters completely destroying this beautiful old home which left us with the choice of selling, destroying, or restoring. We opted to save the home and beautifully remodel it for short term renters to enjoy a home away from home while visiting Corvallis. Guest access There is a coded lock on the door for keyless and private entry. There is a parking space that will fit 2 to 3 cars. This is a private home with no shared spaces in the house or parking. You'll have the entire space to enjoy. Other things to note Just a reminder that we want to keep our space clean and enjoyable for all guests. No smoking or pets are allowed.
