A beautiful ground floor 1 bed apartment in a Grade II listed Georgian terrace in the pretty Camden area of historic Bath - a short level walk east of the city centre. Reserved parking and up to 300kw EV charger is available over the road in Morrisons supermarket car park (parking can be prebooked via JustPark) The apartment is perfect for a relaxing city break or as a base for work. Walcot is a 5 minute walk into the middle of the city with its many shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. The space The apartment has recently been refurbished in a contemporary style and has high ceilings and beautiful historic plasterwork. It is light and airy and comfortably furnished to a high standard. The bedroom / living space features a king size Hypnos mattress (new in June 2023), Soak & Sleep pillows and duvet, and Egyptian cotton towels. A hairdryer is provided and wooden peg hooks and hangers to hang your clothes. There is a bathroom with new shower, WC and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, digital radio and a good selection of kitchenware. There is also an iron and a small ironing board. The living area has a Samsung smart TV with Freeview, and a 2.5 seater sofa from sofa dot com. Please note the road is residents parking only but you can pay for reserved parking at £10/24 hours (via the Just Park app) in the Morrisons supermarket car park nearby at York Place and can be booked by guests up to 1 month ahead. Bath's only public 300kW EV chargers are in the same car park. Guest access The flat is entirely yours for the duration of your stay and the front door opens onto Hanover Street, which is a quiet no-through road. We can accommodate a baby upon request - please let us know if you require a travel cot and/or high chair in advance of your visit. Other things to note Bath is a lovely city to walk around. The apartment in Camden is a mile from the train station, and buses stop nearby, along London Road.
