Right off the 403 highway, close to Ancaster Mill, Tiffany Falls, and 8 minute drive to Hamilton Airport. The space The place is only suitable for 1-2 people, and there is only one queen-sized bed. The couch is not a pull-out couch. You will have access to your own private laundry, large kitchen etc. ***Please note there is no stove. We have supplied a large toaster oven that can allow for baking, air-frying and toasting. We also have a microwave and high-end stove top. There is also a brand new fridge, and dishwasher for your convenience. We live upstairs, so it is possible you may hear some noise now and then, but it is generally pretty quiet. Guest access Your entrance is through the backyard. This door is shared, as the backyard space is shared, however, there is a door at the bottom of the stairs that is your private access to the unit. A code will be provided for you to self check-in. Please make sure to close the gate behind you, as we have a dog. Other things to note Please note, we use the backyard, and we have a small dog that lives on the main floor and has access to the backyard, so you must be ok with dogs. Please make sure to close the gate behind you at all times. *We do require experienced Airbnb users who have positive reviews in order to accept the booking.
