THREE BEDROOMS; ROOM 1 features a King size bed with en-suite bathroom ROOM 2 features a Queen size bed and spacious work desk ROOM 3 has a single size bed & full dresser The bathrooms are sparkling clean & supplied with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The large open kitchen is very well stocked including a coffee bar and cleaning supplies to upkeep the home. We offer a generous starter supply of all consumables, so you can get settled in without having to run to the store for the essentials. The living room is extra cozy. Sit back and enjoy a show on the SmartTV with a built in Roku for your streaming services. A sliding glass door opens up to the fully fenced back yard. Guest access •Guests have access to the entire home, carport and yard. Please only park on your side of the driveway (LEFT side of duplex). Street parking is also available. •Guests are asked to bring the garbage bin to the curb on trash pickup day if their reservation falls over those days. (Weds night) •Guests may not use our address for mail or packages. Other things to note •We may require a fully refundable incidentals fee depending on the length & nature of your stay, and at our discretion. -Refundable incidentals fee are paid separately through Airbnb prior to check in, and returned pending the space is left in good condition, without damages, house rule violations or excessive cleaning needed at checkout. •Stays exceeding 1 month, require a cleaning service at a discounted rate. •If your travel dates are uncertain, we do advise purchasing the travel insurance. Guests who wish to shorten their stay after booking would be subject to our cancellation policy.
