Historic Breed House of 1890

Genuine and unique honesty, magnificent views of nature, quiet and tranquility. Surrounded by a beautiful Mahtra bog and a lake where the RMK forest trail leads. The farm is located about 30 km from Tallinn along the Tartu mnt motorway leading to the farm with an asphalt-covered road about 4km The space 150 years old, renovated farmhouse with all the amenities for year-round living. The house has a large spacious living room-kitchen, a wc bathroom with electric underfloor heating and an entrance hall with lovely white square windows and two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has a bed size 140x200cm and the second bedroom has a bed 120x200cm, 90x200cm, plus a wardrobe and pan. The farmhouse heating sources are air-air heat pump and a woodburning stove-oven with a warm wall. All bedrooms have electrical radiators as extra heating. Everything you need to spend the night, pillows, blankets, sheets, and towels. The yard has a cozy sauna house with an electric heater (for extra charge 40.- eur, includes bathrobes, sauna is paid on site). The courtyard is nicely maintained with a small pond, growing berry bushes and fruit trees. The courtyard overlooks the forest and meadow, where swamp holes walk and shout, and far from the wooded goats picking up grass. There is a second building next door that can also be rented on Airbnb. However, we don't take bookings for both houses at the same time. Guest access The county home is about 30 km from Tallinn along the Tartu Highway. After driving off the highway, the asphalt road will lead you to the cottage, being about 4 km long. The car parking is next to the house and is just for the use of the house guests. Guests have the whole house and garden to themselves. All pets are very welcome to us with guests! Siniallikus 8 km. Viking village 8 km. The nearest swimming spot is Lake Alesti which is 15 min drive away. About 12km to the waterfall center, where the larger shops, eateries, and pharmacy are located.
