The space You’ll love the outdoor space (when the Cornish weather plays ball!). There’s a large, private, fully enclosed garden with two decks, a generous lawn, comfy seating and a sun-trap dining area. Rinse off in the hot outdoor shower after a surf or sea swim, then fire up the BBQ and relax in the evening sun. The house is a converted bungalow. Downstairs, you'll find two king-size bedrooms and a third single bedroom (that can be set up as a double on request, at an extra charge). Upstairs, there is a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed that is perfect for children. There are two bathrooms. The family bathroom has a bath and shower, while the second features a walk-in rainfall shower. All bedrooms have storage, and we provide bedding and towels so you can settle straight in. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen/diner, and a desk workspace features under the stairs to accommodate work needs. A large upstairs living room offering sea views over Newquay, a wood burner and window seating. There’s a smart TV with Netflix, Prime and BBC, plus local maps and toys available on request. There’s private parking for up to three cars. As our previous home, the kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped - including a coffee machine, air fryer, slow cooker and baking essentials. Guest access You’ll have access to the whole house apart from one upstairs room, which will be locked.
