Welcome to the "Au bord de l'Ô" house in Cormeilles! 🏡 Bordered by the Calonne (river), the house, classified 3 stars, is located in the center of the village but quiet, close to all the amenities of this pretty town in the Pays d 'Auge. Welcome +: coffee, tea and bottle of local organic cider. For your convenience, linens are provided and beds are ready upon arrival. What a peaceful time to spend... The space Room descriptions: On the ground floor, you will find the cozy living room: dining room and living room with small wood-burning stove (functional), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine available and shower-WC room. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (possibility to bring them together) and one with a 160 double bed. Outside, a pretty terrace and garden with barbecue available (charcoal to be provided), garden furniture, a parasol and a balcony (secured) bordering the river. Guest access The property is fully accessible and independent. Self check-in via a key box. Other things to note No Wi-Fi router, but very good 5G coverage throughout the property. If needed, the house has all the baby equipment you need: baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub.
