Welcome to the house "Au bord de l 'Ô" in Cormeilles! Bordered by the Calonne (river), the 3-star house is located in the village center but quiet, close to all the amenities of this pretty town of Pays d'Auge. Welcome +: coffee, tea and bottle of local organic cider. For your convenience, linens are provided and beds are ready upon arrival. What to spend peaceful moments… The space Room descriptions: On the ground floor, you will find the cozy living room: dining room and living room with small wood-burning stove (functional), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine available and shower-WC room. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (possibility to bring them together) and one with a 160 double bed. Outside, a pretty terrace and garden with barbecue available (charcoal to be provided), garden furniture, a parasol and a balcony (secured) bordering the river. Guest access The property is fully accessible and independent. Self check-in via a key box. Other things to note No wifi box but very good 5G coverage throughout the property.
