The space IR27: The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, spacious granite counter-tops, stocked with pots, pans and utensils for your culinary needs. There is seating for three at the dining table and three additional stools at the bar so everyone can eat together. The adjacent living area consists of a couch, two recliners and two accent chairs over geometric-patterned rugs. There is a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, cable, Wi-Fi and a large window that overlooks the private patio. You can step out on the private patio to sip your morning coffee while looking at the courtyard and pool area. The master bedroom (BR1) has a King-sized bed with beautiful maroon and gold bedspread to make you feel like royalty. With a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, you don’t have to miss your favorite shows. The ensuite bathroom has a tiled, corner stand-alone shower and double vanities and granite countertops. The second bedroom (BR2) consists of two Full sized beds, wall-mounted TV and dresser and a luggage rack. A second full hall bathroom with tub/shower has elegant tile details and a gold shower curtain. Amenities included: TV, wireless internet, picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants, and beach access with walkways over the dunes.
