Less then 5 minutes from Int 80 exit. 10 to 30 minutes from just about everywhere in Mahoning/Shenango Valley. 3 queen size beds(one adjustable) 2 story, shower is downstairs. 3 arcade games with nearly 30 classic games. If you need anything or have questions, I am in the next door house. All rooms are open. Cellar is closed as is 1 closets upstairs. There is a tub in upstairs bathroom that isn't usable.
