The space You will find a spacious Queen suite with bathroom adjoined. There is bunk bedroom, and a full sized bedroom. Downstairs you will find a futon, and a separate room with 2 full size beds. Also downstairs there is a separate game room with two video gaming machines. Washer and Dryer are both located in the two car garage. Both bathrooms are upstairs. Guest access There is a hall closet and living room closet that is restricted for guests. Guests do have access to the garage area. Other things to note We like our guests to be informed that both neighbors on the right and left sides of the home have dogs. They are fenced in. However you will hear them bark upon entering the home and going out back on the deck area. Our priority is to provide a enjoyable experience for all our guests, as well as maintain a respectful relationship with our neighbors. To ensure the comfort and serenity of our community, we have a strict NO PARTIES POLICY in place which prevent loud gatherings and parties. NO POOL PARTIES, TEENAGE PARTIES, or LOUD GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED.
