If you're looking for a place like this, this is the place! I offer you my personal little tiny house on our private property directly at the Szczecin Lagoon on the island of Wolin. A modern and cozy decor awaits you with all the amenities you need to relax. The space The tiny house is located on our private property, where we also offer holiday rooms and motorhome parking spaces in season. We maintain a family atmosphere with our guests and speak German and Polish. On the premises you will find, among other things, a private beach that you can use, which you can use (please think of water shoes!). From the tiny house you have a fantastic view of the water! Guest access In the Tinyhouse there is in the lower living area a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed, where up to 2 people can sleep, a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 hob plates, fridge, mini oven (can be provided on request), kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and cooking utensils. The bathroom has shower, toilet and sink. Towels and linens are made available to guests. In the upper area there is a sleeping accommodation for 2 people (mattress width 140cm). From the living area, as well as from the sleeping area, you have a fantastic view of the greenery and the water! In front of the tiny house, guests have their own seating area. We are happy to provide you with a beach chair. If you're in the mood for an activity on the water, we can provide you with one of our available water sports equipment at the request. If you have a barbecue or desire for a small campfire, we can do the same. The tiny house is well insulated and has air conditioning for cooling and warming, providing a pleasant indoor climate almost all year round. Other things to note i am aware that there is no internet/ Wi-Fi and also no TV in the tiny house. I would like to offer my guests the opportunity to completely switch off from all media. Of course, you can use your own mobile internet and entertainment at any time.
