This is a one-bedroom apartment, very spacious and stylish. The bedroom also leads directly to the bathroom. And what else can we say about our secluded terrasse? After an exciting day full of activities, a quiet romantic evening in this cozy hideaway! We also have a fully equipped kitchen. We want this to be your home away from home. Note that there is no oven (anyway it's too hot to cook and your spouse may want to take a break from this chore!). The kitchen, dining room and living room form a spacious open area. A rooftop swimming pool overlooking the sea offers breathtaking views while relaxing. There is always someone to receive you in the lobby. 24/7. We are seconds away from exciting 5th Avenue with all its upscale shopping and dining, and a 7-minute walk from the famous Martina's Beach Club and the sea. Guest access This is an entire private condominium with private entrance. Common areas are the gym, and rooftop with swimming pool, sunbathing area, and a 360 degrees observation deck. Please note that in Playa del Carmen the spas aren't heated (the temperature here is too warm). The rooftop closes at 10 PM Other things to note OTHER NOTABLE POINTS Our building is the highest in the area, giving us a spectacular rooftop 360 degrees panoramic view. From this deck we can see the city and of course the turquoise sea that is a few minutes away. THE AREA We are located just 7 minutes from the beach and 50 steps from 5th Avenida. Shopping, buying souvenirs, dining out, and nightlife can all be done within minutes walking down this pedestrian only avenue. GETTING AROUND For our guests that wish for public transportation and will be coming from the Cancun airport into Playa del Carmen by shuttle bus, you will get off at the ADO bus terminal at "Parque del Fondadores". From there, a taxi to our condominium should take no more than 5 minutes. We will send you an accurate GPS location pin to our address upon a confirmed reservation. Or we can arrange to greet you at the airport for an inexpensive fare. There are also buses that go towards Tulum and other parts of the peninsula with bus stops not far from us. Whether you choose your own transportation or that you let us take care of this for you, we are conveniently located. As for parking, we do have an underground garage but with no reservations. An available parking is usually not a problem but not assured. Furthermore parking on the street is secure and plentiful and there are parking lots for very low rates. WASHERS AND DRYERS There are washers and dryers in the building but please take note that these are on an availability basis only, and are not controlled by us the hosts. They are controlled by the building administration and may be subject to repair and/or not being available to our guests without any PRE-NOTICE. To use these appliances the guest MUST make a request at the reservation desk. There is a fee that is paid directly to the building administration in which we take no part of. We are therefore NOT RESPONSIBLE for the availability of these appliances.
