MJ's Cozy Cabin Retreat

1150 square feet cabin perched on the top of the hill, with fantasy scenery and beautiful sunsets. All this and 10.85 acres of pure tranquility, less than an hour from Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. 20 minutes east of Duck Creek Village with hundreds of miles of ATV and snowmobile trails. Less than 1 hour away from Panguitch Lake and world renowned fishing. Plenty of wildlife such as deer, elk, turkey and birds to watch as you relax with family and friends. The space The cabin sleeps 6 1 bedroom with a queen, 1 bedroom with a full bed, and 1 loft (built in ladder) with 1 full bed and one day bed. Please note the upstairs and the downstairs are not connected inside, they have separate entrances. Upstairs has the master bedroom, loft, full bath, kitchen, and small sitting area. Downstairs has a queen bed and a sofa in the living area, full bath, and laundry room. TVs on both floors. Guest access the entire cabin and 10.85 acres, most of our property runs south behind the cabin and west of cabin. The cabin is two floors with separate entrances. The cabin is on a dirt road that has snow removal if the snow removal, however there can be some muddy spots and snow removal isn't always guaranteed before our guests arrive in the winter. This is a cabin in the wilderness, there will be wildlife, including bugs.
