House with barn & pool overlooking the Pyrenees

This COZY and PEACEFUL country HOUSE sleeps up to 8 people and offers a relaxing stay for the whole family and friends. Charming village house perched on a hill with magnificent views of the PYRENEES range and the VALLEYS as well as spectacular sunsets. It is accompanied by a superb BARN furnished and equipped with a kitchen/bar, living room, dining room and outdoor terraces overlooking a heated 9x4 pool and a pretty flower garden. The space The house, decorated and furnished by us, is equipped with an entrance, equipped US kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4-burner gas stove, oil-free fryer, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher...), a living room with wood stove, a corridor with automatic lighting, a large bathroom with toilet and washing machine (large walk-in shower), underfloor heating. Storage rooms. Upstairs, a landing distributing 3 bedrooms (view of the Pyrenees, valleys and pool), a large corridor and a separate toilet with hand basin. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed including a comfortable sofa bed for a child/teenager or adult. A 2nd bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 3rd bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed. A sofa bed for an extra person on the landing. The beds will be made for your arrival! Bath/shower towels available for long stays. Sleeping capacity: up to 8 people. The house is semi-detached on one side and located on a plot fully fenced by a gate and includes a parking lot that can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles + double covered garage. The BARN is spacious and equipped with a kitchen counter with electric griddle, sink, refrigerator + microwave, coffee machine, unbreakable dishes. A large table that can seat 10 to 12 people. A rattan lounge area to rest and shelter you from the heat. As a bonus, a magnificent 2024 Arcade Terminal with up to 5000 games (Pac Man, Street Fighter...) for the enjoyment of adults and children from 6 years old. Outside, you can have lunch or dinner at a concrete table for 6–8 people overlooking the pool or in the flower garden to admire beautiful sunsets. On sunny days, you can fully enjoy the 9x4 HEATED POOL, surrounded by a travertine beach of +50 m², lavender, rose bushes and flower beds. Sip your cocktails around the pool while enjoying beautiful atypical Mojow armchairs and deckchairs while admiring the view! The POOL is OPEN from MAY to SEPTEMBER. Parties are not allowed. Music is tolerated within reason to respect the neighborhood. House rules are available in the house as well as various documents (places, activities, restaurants, lakes...). The nearest shops are in Isle-en-Dodon, 6 km away. Intermarché, tobacconist, bakeries, pastry shops, Vival, doctors, pharmacy, gas station... A small path surrounds the village. Ideal for evening, cool or daytime walks. This village is a haven of peace! Check-in time: 5pm-8pm Checkout time: 11am In summer, JULY/AUGUST, reservations are made by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
