Located in a suburban street, this modern guestsuite has its own entry, private bathroom, secure parking and 1 min walk to the bus stop. The suite is furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe, TV (with Netflix), Kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, Microwave, Nespresso and bar fridge. Wifi is available. Murdoch Uni, Train Station and Fiona Stanley Hospital 10 min drive. International Airport 20 min drive away. The space This guest suite has been converted from a Garage space attached to our home via a sealed door. It has it's own separate entry and private ensuite bathroom. The guest suite would comfortably accommodate 1 or 2 adults. (PLEASE NOTE: 3 adults space will become quite tight). However, we do have a cot or spare single mattress available if this is required (space will become tight). Linen, towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, soap and conditioner) are provided. ***PLEASE NOTE: - There may be some noise in the morning 7-9am and evenings 5-8pm and weekends while the kids are at home.*** - A microwave is provided, however no stove or proper cooking facilities is available. There are plenty of food options available 3 mins drive*** Guest access Guests can park in our driveway. The main house including kitchen and laundry, and Backyard is not for access. Washing machine use is available for a fee. Otherwise, there is a laundromat at Southlands shopping mall down the road.
