Guest access Estimated expenditures of guests at home for 30 days at the moment; Water (150tl) + internet (270 tl)+tube gas (1/2: 180tl)+electricity (1000tl)+ site fee (35 euro: 1000 tl) will be a total of 2.600 tl. The guest will also pay a one-time house cleaning fee of 600 TL, since the apartment will be delivered clean at the exit. The fee (35 euros) to be paid to the complex indexed to the euro (1000 tl for today) will always change with the change in the exchange rate. Electricity expenditure will also vary according to the hours of use of the 2 air conditioners in the apartment, especially during the summer period. Currently, water and internet costs are automatically paid to the relevant institutions from the homeowner's bank account. Soon, when the developer receives the "occupancy permit" for the apartments in the complex, the electricity fee will also be paid from the landlord's bank account. Not only is it very difficult for the guest to pay these to the relevant institutions, but it will also be difficult for the landlord to monitor whether they have been paid or not. For these reasons, these expenses will be paid by the landlord. When the guest pays the rent for each month, he/she will pay the necessary 3.200 TL to the landlord together with the rent in return for the expenses detailed above for that month. The landlord will send the invoice copies of these expenses to the guest via watsap and inform him. Increases or decreases in payments will be taken into account in the following months. When the cylinder gas used in the house runs out, the guest will call the host and the host will call the dealer immediately and change the cylinder. Our guests will have access to all parts of our site, except the restaurant, without any charge. Other things to note The gas cylinder that our guest will use in the kitchen is installed on the stove with some gas in it. The host has agreed with the cylinder gas dealer in Kestel to replace the cylinder gas as soon as possible without charging the guest if needed and if the guest calls the dealer. When the guest runs out of cylinder gas at home, the guest will call the cylinder gas dealer to place the order and inform the landlord by phone at the same time. The cost of cylinder gas will be paid by the landlord in accordance with the above principles.
