Soon, when the developer receives the "occupancy permit" for the apartments in the complex, the electricity fee will also be paid from the landlord's bank account. Not only is it very difficult for the guest to pay these to the relevant institutions, but it will also be difficult for the landlord to monitor whether they have been paid or not. For these reasons, these expenses will be paid by the landlord. When the guest pays the rent for each month, he/she will pay the necessary 3.200 TL to the landlord together with the rent in return for the expenses detailed above for that month. The landlord will send the invoice copies of these expenses to the guest via watsap and inform him. Increases or decreases in payments will be taken into account in the following months. When the cylinder gas used in the house runs out, the guest will call the host and the host will call the dealer immediately and change the cylinder. Our guests will have access to all parts of our site, except the restaurant, without any charge. The host has agreed with the cylinder gas dealer in Kestel to replace the cylinder gas as soon as possible without charging the guest if needed and if the guest calls the dealer.
