Main floor features gourmet kitchen with all the kitchen gadgets you'll need and a large pantry for you to bring all that you need for the week. Large dining space inside and enormous living room with amazing windows looking right to the water. Lots of space in the living room for everyone to sit together and play games. Bedrooms - On the main level there is a large primary suite with large bath (there is an extra futon in that room in case you need additional sleeping space.) Each bedroom downstairs sleeps 6 with a queen and 4 twins, each with it's own bathroom. We've carefully considered groups and have plenty of hooks, mirrors, and space for your stuff to enjoy the week comfortably. All beds have enclosed mattress protectors. Basement - Head down to the lower level with a kitchenette, huge game/media room with plenty of fun for everyone (ping pong, poker table, games and more). Lower and upper decks of the home with amazing views are the perfect place for a nap in the hammock or enjoying a beverage at the end of a fun day. Boat house - Down at the dock there is a huge upper deck for sunbathing, having lunch, and just soaking in the beauty of a 180 degree view of the lake. On the lower dock you can tie up your boat in deep water with cleats and bumpers, and enjoy the TV, fridge, and grill. There are quite a lot of stairs, but once you are down there, there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the day! Please keep the stairs down to the dock in mind when bringing family and friends with mobility limitations. Water Toys - We have provided 2 kayaks and 4 paddleboards for you to enjoy. We also have a floating platform and water mat, as well as inflatables. Please note, if you lose the paddles or life jackets in all the fun, you will be responsible for paying for replacement costs. Electronic keypad We are easily reached via call or text and live close enough to come by in an emergency. We are happy to answer any question, big or small, throughout your stay! Just beyond the Virginia border, you will find a long, gravel road. Follow it straight and find the house on your right. Exterior - Ample parking for up to 7 cars ...please only park in driveway. Front yard for yard games Linens - Beds will be made for you. Bath and Lake towels not included. Kitchen / Dining - Both a drip coffee (basket filter style) and Keurig coffee pot available. We provide some ground coffee to get you started and some filters (bring your own pods if that's your preference). We provide one roll of paper towels, garbage bags, dishwashing tablets, a sponge and kitchen towels. We have pots, pans, toaster, and everything you need to cook up a meal after a long day in the sun. Dining area seats 8 -10 at table, three at counter. There is a Food Lion only 15 minutes away and the Shady Shack is a short 10 min boat ride away. Entertainment - Books and games are there to borrow for the week Kids coloring books and a few kids books as well
