The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and cookware to use during your stay. The dining area has seating for six with amazing mountain views through the large kitchen window. Four chairs are at the table and an additional 2 folding chairs are in the downstairs bedroom closet. The living room has a 55” mounted Smart TV, comfortable couch and lounger, and a media console with books, puzzles, and games for guests to enjoy during their stay. A half bath is tucked away for guests to use on the main level. The master bedroom located on the main floor has a queen bed, private full bathroom, and his and her closets. Located on the upper level of the home is the second master suite, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom, and a closet for the washing machine/dryer. The master suite has a king bed, 55” mounted Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and full bath. The bathroom is accessible through the king bedroom as well as a secondary door in the hallway. There are 2 twin beds in the third bedroom along with a dresser and 36” Smart TV. Just outside the living room is a deck with 2 outdoor chairs providing gorgeous mountain views. This is where you will want to enjoy your morning coffee or a beverage in the evenings. Walk down a few steps off the deck to enjoy the private fenced in yard and stone pavers leading to the fire pit area, gas grill with propane tank provided, and seating for 4. Roasting sticks provided in the home for guests to use. Guest will need to provide firewood. Balsam Bungalow can accommodate 3 cars for parking in the level, shared, gravel driveway. A driveway turnout can be found just before the house and is best left empty for easy maneuvering when leaving the home.
