Two luxurious modern apartments with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, with access to a private heated pool and courtyard with barbecue, sunbeds and furniture for rest and relaxation. The outdoor area with the pool covers 400m2. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property is only 3 km from the center of Split and Diocletian's Palace, which would mean only 10 minutes by car, maybe less depending on the traffic. The space The guests have access to the entire house, which includes a maximum of 12 guests (10+2), there are no other guests, which means that the villa is rented to only one group of people, there is no mixing of other guests. The villa has 2 apartments, each of which can accommodate 6 people. It has a direct exit to the pool, courtyard and summer kitchen with grill, ideal for relaxing and socializing in a quiet and private environment,in addition to all amenities, the property also features a small-sided football pitch enclosed in a cage, located on the lower level of the villa. Guest access The Mall of Split shopping center is only a few minutes' walk away, so you don't need to drive a car for any shopping or restaurant. The old town of Split is only a 10-minute Uber or Taxi ride away. We recommend Uber to our guests with very favorable prices. Public transportation is also a few minutes away, so we are very well connected by traffic. City bikes are also available nearby.
