The space This is a thoughtfully designed artist gallery airbnb that is perfect for your couples getaway. Set up as a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, this 720 square foot guest house is set up with a cozy bedroom boasting a super comfortable king size bed that will ensure a restful night sleep. Wake up feeling refreshed, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the picturesque view of Bell Rock on the oversized back deck. In the evening you can enjoy star gazing from the amazing hot tub while enjoying your favorite glass of wine. There is so much beautiful art throughout the home for your viewing pleasure along with custom made necklaces and other artist made jewelry. The best part is, all of the artists pieces are for sale. Want to take a keepsake home with you or bring a piece of Sedona back for a friend or loved one? Just let us know and we can come wrap it up for you to take home. The Artist does live on the one acre property and is willing to help in any way she can to ensure you get the perfect piece that you want. There is a clay studio at the home and the Owner (if available) would love to assist you in making a clay piece during your stay or allow you to watch the master at work while she designs one of her custom creations. This is truly an artists haven. If pottery is something you would like to take advantage of, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can schedule it with the artist. Thank you. We do ask that guests not handle the art pieces while staying with us unless you wish to purchase a specific piece. Feel free to gaze as much as you want and everything will be priced so you'll know how much each piece is. Thank you so much and we look forward to having you stay with us. Guest access Guests that book with us will have 100% access to the unit. There is also private parking on site, free of charge for the duration of your stay. Other things to note This space is in a quiet neighborhood in the Village of Oak Creek. The will be the perfect getaway for your Sedona visit. Hot Tub Usage Guidelines: We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines: Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours. Temperature: The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it. Health Considerations: Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub. Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub. No Glassware: For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers. Cover Usage: When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency. Liability: If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur. By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Enjoy your relaxing soak!
