The space From the moment you arrive, Eaton Cottage welcomes you with its charming frontage, enclosed yard, and convenient driveway parking. Inside, the home feels light, fresh, and thoughtfully styled, with split system heating and cooling and subtle period touches adding warmth and character throughout. Each bedroom doubles as its own private retreat, complete with smart TVs and dedicated desk spaces—ideal for unwinding or staying on top of work while away. The kitchen and dining area form the heart of the home, offering a well-equipped space with everything needed for easy meals, including an oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine. The dining table provides a cosy setting for meals, coffee, or late-night conversations. Step outside to the enclosed front yard and porch area, where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a drink, surrounded by a peaceful neighbourhood setting. A central bathroom offers a spacious shower, vanity, and toilet, while a washing machine is also available for added convenience during your stay.
