Just 1.8 miles from the beach (parking pass included), perfect for families or a group of friends that want to enjoy the beach and come back to a house to spread out and relax House offers a yard, outdoor grill, indoor bar area, and a fully equipped kitchen. While downstairs, enjoy the 16'x24' living room with 16' ceilings, 55" TV, bar area, and foosball table, while guests relax in the separated den or kitchen. Note: one of the couches in the living room pulls out into a bed). Guests can also go into the finished basement complete with a sectional couch (which contains a pull out bed) to watch TV and/or sleep on one of the two twin beds (trundle bed). Upstairs, the large master bedroom (one queen bed) shares a deck with Guest Room #1 (two twin beds) that overlooks Ninigret Pond and the Ocean! Guest Room #2 contains one bunk bed. The Master Bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and both guest rooms share a separate bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. In addition to the upstairs deck shared by the master and guest room, you will find a large deck that wraps around two sides of the house, perfect to entertain on after a beach day. Note: this home is located immediately off of Post Road (Route 1), high up on a hill. While you have complete visual privacy, you are able to hear cars as they pass by. Guests will be provided a pin to enter for contactless check in/check out. I will not be at the property but am easily reachable at any time. Note there is a 3 car garage on the property, set further behind the house that is off limits to guests. Enjoy the quiet beach town that Charlestown RI offers, while being a 10 minute drive to Westerly to enjoy some shopping (Wal-Mart, Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Stop & Shop, Ocean State Job Lot), restaurants, and bars. Another 10 minutes further you are in the desirable area of Watch Hill in Westerly (where Taylor Swift maintains a home) and can explore the beautiful mansions. Also within driving distance are Newport RI, Foxwoods, and Mohegan Sun. The house comes with a parking pass for Blue Shutters Beach (2.8 miles away) and Charlestown Town Beach (7.3 miles away). Misquamicut State Beach is 7.8 miles away, however, you must pay to park. Guest bring own linens. There are linens in a linen closet; if you use them please wash and return before checking out.
