When you walk in, you are greeted by the open, spacious kitchen on the ground floor. After climbing just a few stairs, you enter the cozy main living area, which includes a half bath for convenience. Climb a few more steps to the third level, you’ll find the chic second bedroom with full length mirror and dedicated work space. This room contains and full size bed and gets lots of natural sunlight. The full bathroom and relaxing queen bedroom with dedicated workspace is located on the fourth level, giving you a nice and quiet retreat. COMMUNITY POOL Enjoy the newly renovated pool on a beautiful sunny day. The pool is located adjacent to the cul-de-sac. A short 20 steps from the townhome. SMART TV'S There are TV's with Roku technology in the living room and main bedroom. This includes basic cable channels. My Prime Video account will be logged in for you to use! Feel free to log into your own streaming accounts. Guest access You will have access to the whole townhome expect for the supply closet on the top floor (locked for cleaning team use only) and the outdoor shed (locked). POTS AND PANS Located in the right-bottom kitchen cabinet. COFFEE STATION Equipped with full pot coffee maker, Dunkin’ Donuts medium roast coffee, creamer, and assorted sugar options. TUPPERWARE Located in the large middle drawer of the kitchen. PANTRY + FRIDGE Help yourself to any items in the pantry or fridge, but please be mindful of expiration dates. We may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. SECURED BY RING DOORBELL - BACK & FRONT DOOR The back & front doors are secured by a Ring doorbell security camera for your safety. ON-CALL HANDYMAN WITHIN 1 MILE Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. Guest access Entire place to yourself. Amenities include tennis courts, basketball court, pool, walking trail, playground, and private back patio.
