Other things to note ► Entry is by self-check-in. Detailed instructions will be sent a few days before check-in ► 5th floor apartment, with elevator / lift. ► Property is in a residential area, please respect the neighbours. No parties / events strictly are allowed, and no noise after 9pm. ►All three bedrooms are equipped with an AC (air conditioner). ► Property is equipped with a decibel-monitoring device which will automatically notify us and yourselves if excessive noise is done for a period of time. This is due to multiple complaints by neighbours in the past. Parties, inviting other friends, or plain noise and sound is very strictly not allowed - if that is your intention please do not book as we will have problems with neighbours. Thanks for your cooperation. ► Street parking available, however we cannot guarantee any availability. Availability depends on day of week and also time of day. Usually, one should be able to find parking within 2 - 5 mins walk of the property ► Paid Parking Garages are available close by, if need be. ► 🛎️ Online Check-in: IMPORTANT - For a smooth check-in, we use an online check-in system where you'll need to complete a short process and upload a copy of your passport—this is mandatory. This must be completed before we can send you the check-in instructions. It helps us comply with regulations and ensures a hassle-free arrival.
