Rousa, a small and exquisite guest house in the center of Oberrasen, in the beautiful Antholz Valley. Here, an old and simple country house meets an original design. The "cozy plus" mini-apartment on the 1st floor is a good 20 m² and is equipped with a king-size bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and safe. The kitchenette has a stove, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and dishwashing utensils. Other things to note In the bathroom, a shower, WC, bidet shower and washbasin, hairdryer, towels and hand soap await. The beautiful balcony invites you outdoors, and our guests also have free use of the small private courtyard with herb garden and outdoor lounge. The original parlour on the ground floor serves a delicious breakfast every day. This cosy room is also a great place to linger during the day or in the evening. Lots of books, card and board games as well as a trust bar await you there! Final cleaning included, for more than 7 days also an intermediate cleaning. Laundry service for a fee. Pets not allowed.
