Welcome to your Emerald Coast vacation destination! Newly renovated! This cozy 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home sleeps 8. Located in a family friendly gated community in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. This private neighborhood is perfect for families looking for a relaxing time away from home. Free Beach service (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) is included. There is a 6 minute walk to Beach or Tram service provided (may 31-aug). The space Located 4 miles from Destin Commons. An easy 8 minute walk away from Summer Retreat you will find gated beach access with private pavilion for use of Emerald Shores guests ONLY. It provides restrooms, picnic tables, wagon parking ,and a Tiki Bar, open during the summer season. You will be within walking distance to Pompano Joes, Captain Daves and Kenny Ds Restaurants. Complementary tram in season to transport you and your beach items to the beach access gate. This home also includes Free Beach Service ( 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for your use) 2 large pools (one heated) are also available for your use with our home. The best of both worlds- Beach and Pool! The neighborhood also has a tennis court and basketball court for you use. Centrally located with nearby access to restaurants, outlet shopping, golf, fishing, sightseeing, boating, windsurfing and shelling. Our spacious home offers sleeping for up to 8 Guests! A large master bedroom with King bed, TV and private access to patio. Private bathroom with New luxurious shower and spacious closet. 2nd Bedroom with King size bed, closet and TV. 3rd bedroom with Queen size bed with TV and closet. There is also a Bunk Room (2 Twins) off of the Living area perfect for younger adults or kids. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for the whole family. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances, cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans. Everything that one could need for a home cooked meal. Keurig Coffee pot also available. Off of kitchen, you will find a lovely dining area with seating for 6 along with bar seating for 4. The living room hosts 3 comfortable chairs and 2 large couches and large screen TV for family movie nights or game nights! You will have access to a charcoal grill on the back patio. Bring your own beach towels. Provided white towels and linens are not to be taken from our home. Guest access You will receive an email with all of your check in information and gate code plus door code. We have taken enhanced health and safety measures – for you, our valued guests. You must follow all posted instructions while at Emerald Shores and our home. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By booking this condo, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and do hereby waive any claim of liability or compensation for any possible exposure or injury which might occur to you and your party on our property. Other things to note For Guests 2022 Armband Policies and Procedures Children 12 years of age and younger are not required to wear an armband. Guests will have to provide a lease agreement or an email confirmation of a lease to present to the Security Attendant with a valid ID or photo of lease and ID taken with your smartphone. 1. The Armband Policy will be in effect for the following date ranges and is subject to change based on need: • March 14th – October 17th (additional days may be added) 2. A Pavilion Attendant will be placed at the pavilion from the hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm, 7 days a week, during the effective dates. In the case of bad weather, the attendant will be inside the Leeward Key Lobby area. 3. Guests are to check-in with the attendant to obtain their armbands for the week. Guests should wear their bands while at the pool areas, on the pavilion and at the beach. 4. A nonrefundable fee of $30 will be collected from the guest at the time the set of bands are issued. This fee is Cash Only. The fee of $30 is a per-home fee, not per number of guests. 5. The attendant is responsible for keeping a log of issued bands.
