With the CBD just 45 minutes away, this is the perfect base for both relaxed holidays and convenient city access. The unit features: - Two comfortable bedrooms - A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials - Private bathroom plus laundry with washing machine and dryer - A cozy lounge area for relaxing after a day at the beach - Access to a large backyard—great for stretching out and soaking up the sun - Excellent public transport options, with bus stops just steps away Whether you're here to surf, shop, explore Sydney, visit family and friends or simply unwind with an ocean view, you'll find everything you need for a memorable and easy stay. Guest access ◆Access and Entry The access passage to your unit is at the left side of the house when you coming from Beacon Hill Road. Please do not try to access your unit from the doors at the front of the property. The entry to your unit is the second door on your right along the pebble covered walkway. There are four wooden steps that lead to the door of your unit and, for your safety the walkway leading up to your unit is lit by automatic sensor lights. Other things to note 📍Location Notice Before booking, please note that we're situated in an area with several inclines. Therefore, although not necessary, a car is highly recommended for your convenience. 🚗 Parking Info We have one car space available on the property for guests. This is located on the left hand side of the property when you face the house. Free street parking is available for all other vehicles however, please be mindful of the street signs and street-side parking restrictions. 🏊 Swimming Pool The pool is currently only available for guest use during the summer season (December to February). 🐶 Dogs on Property We have a friendly and playful cavoodle Apollo lives on the property with us. However, if you are not too comfortable around dogs, this property may not be suitable for you as he may sometimes roam in the yard. We also kindly request that you do not feed him 😁 🕒 Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: From 3:00 PM Late check-ins are fine! Check-out: By 10:00 AM to ensure a smooth cleaning process. For early check-in or late check-out please reach out in advance. 🪟 Windows & Doors Please ensure all windows and entrance door are closed when leaving the unit or checking out to avoid wet weather damage. 🚫 No Food in Bed We kindly request that our guests avoid eating in bed. Unremovable stains on linen may incur a fee. However, we understand that accidents can happen and in this case please wash the sheets immediately and let us know so we can provide replacements.
