Located on the 4th and top floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely independent bedroom and two shower rooms. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: In the studio : - 23 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, nespresso coffee machine..... - A bathroom with shower, WC and laundry facilities. On the same landing: - An independent bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), an extra bed for one person and an adjoining shower room with WC. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan. Exterior: - A 2m² south-east-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days. Other things to note Other remarks : - Free WiFi available, wifi is adsl ( not broadband ) - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner).
