Residential area with close access to bus, rail & M62 motorway. 9 minutes by train to city centre from nearby Broad Green train station. From there buses go to Anfield & Goodison Stadiums. 16 minutes by taxi/car from my house to football stadiums. Local golf course & parks. Walking distance to Broadgreen (Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital) and Alder Hey Children's hospital. I also have listed a double room should there be more than one guest. The double room price is very reasonable. Guest access Although use of the kitchen is excluded, you are welcome to sit in the kitchen with any food you bring in or order in if you wish. Other things to note Please note: No 3rd party bookings except by prior agreement. Profile photographs also need to be of the guest staying.
