Only 10-15 min from the Tampa International airport, this home comes equipped with a pool (heating optional), pool table, and foosball table. Enjoy 4 Queen size bed that accommodate up to 8 guests Pool heating is $25/day. Other things to note We do not allow parties or events at the home. No music or loud noises outside after 10pm. Grill is available to use, propane and cleaning are guest responsibility. ALL guests must be included in the guest count, including visitors. Pool runs from 9am-10pm. The pool heater is electric and will not run under 50 degree weather.
