This private stylish flat is located on the ground floor of this home which is on the main channel of Lake Tillery in Stanly County in the quiet 2-mile neighborhood of River Haven. The 180 degree view is from the Jim Garrison bridge to Morrow Mountain. With 2 TV/living areas (one with pool/ping pong table and one with fireplace), the flat sleeps 8 and has 2 full baths with walk in showers. The outside features a wrap around portico with a paved firepit area and a grill patio and a boat dock. The space Guests have the entire lower level of this home (owner lives on upper two stories). This flat has one private bedroom with a king bed. The other queen bed is adjacent to one of the living areas. There are two queen sofa sleepers in the two separate living areas. Two full baths are accessible to the sleeping areas. Both living areas have TVs and one has a pool/ping pong table where a glass garage door opens to the outside area with seating and picnic table. Guests can use corn hole, kayaks, paddle boards, and canoe. Firepit and gas grills are available. Lawn is huge with 307 feet of shoreline. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire lower level flat, outside and lawn areas, grill patio, and boat dock. Owner lives upstairs on second and third floors but only uses the upper outside deck. Guests have private drive to the left of the house (see photo). The entire lakeside yard is fenced in Other things to note Owner does have a skiddish dog, Buster, but owner does not let him on the lakeside yard when guests are on the property. Morrow Mountain State Park is nine miles away by car. Stony Mountain Vineyard is four miles away. Tillery Traditions golf course is three miles away.
