Each apartment is independent from the others with each unit having a private kitchen and bathroom. Free shared laundry is available to all units. The house tends to stay nice and quiet with the apartments being rented primarily to traveling professionals. Guest access There are two entry doors with key pads, a shared garage and the back porch houses the laundry room.
