I'm looking for someone (or a couple) responsible to live in my newly renovated, newly furnished one bedroom in Marina del Rey for June and July 2020. A few more details: • the place is on Washington Blvd, just WEST of Lincoln in Marina del Rey (zip code 90292) • EVERYTHING is new. • very fast Internet • AC in living room and another one inside bedroom • EV charging a couple feet away • ceiling fan in living room and another one inside bedroom • living room, kitchen and patio are all wired with smart lights you can control via Alexa or Google Home (both come with the place) • no pets allowed in the building unfortunately • street parking right outside the building, really easy with no restrictions or street cleaning
