A large house with the river(chassezac)downstairs and nature with direct access to above the house. 4 bedrooms , the house can accommodate up to 8 people,house equipped with fiber,a large outdoor terrace and 2500 square meters of land (sloping ). The house is roadside(it remains quiet ,we are in Lozère!!) but immediately close to hiking trails and nature . Lac de Villefort et de Naussac 30 mins, mende 30 mins,shops 15 mins. The space 25 m2 living room with 10 m2 kitchen in the extension, a 10 m2 bedroom on the same floor and 3 10/12 m2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a bathroom, bathtub and a separate toilet, a 40 m2 garage at the road level. 40 m2 outdoor terrace Supplement of 8 euros per day in cool/cold period (April/May/September/October but this may change depending on the weather) for electric heating, linens/pillowcases and towels not provided/wood not provided for the fireplace.
