A large house with the river (Chassezac) below and nature in direct access above the house. 4 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 8 people, house equipped with fiber, a large terrace outside and 2500 square meters of land (sloping). The house is on the side of the road (it remains quiet, we are in Lozère!!) but immediately close to hiking trails and nature. Lake Villefort and Naussac 30 minutes, Mende 30 minutes, shops 15 minutes. The space Living room of 25 m2 with kitchen of 10 m2 in the extension, a bedroom of 10 m2 on the same floor and 3 bedrooms 10/12 m2 on the 1st floor with a bathroom bathtub and a separate toilet, a garage of 40 m2 at the level of the road. 40 m2 outdoor terrace Supplement of 8 euros per day in cool/cold period (month of April/May/September/October but this may change depending on the weather) for electric heating, linens/pillowcases and towels not provided/wood not provided for the fireplace.
