Gîte Romy – Cottage with shared pool

We welcome you to this former 17th-century silkworm farm, nestled in the heart of Provence, in the commune of Lussan, 15 km from the elegant Duchy of Uzès and 24 km from the Cévennes National Park. This charming gîte is 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room (with shower), a 100 m² courtyard planted with trees, and a shared garden of around 200 m² with swimming pool and summer kitchen. The space Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with two individual convertible sofas (120 cm), TV and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room with WC. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A 100 m² courtyard planted with trees and furnished to make the most of fine weather. Communal areas, shared with Gîte Pina : - A saltwater swimming pool (7.50 x 3.50 m) open from May to September (dates not contractual). The pool is not heated in July and August. - A summer kitchen with cooking utensils, table, chairs, electric griddle and gas hob. Other things to note Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed. - A parent must be present when children are swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
