Bed Setup - Bed arrangement are prepared according to the number of guest that is made on the reservation (Please message in advance for any clarification on this matter) • Please note that the color of bed sheets, blankets, and towels may differ from the pictures provided. • Additional bedding, towels, pillows, blankets, and cleaning services can be arranged upon request, based on availability, and additional fees will apply. • Additional cleaning or toiletry refills are not provided. Please reach out to us for any cleaning or refill requests, with applicable fees. • Moving of furniture is strictly prohibited. Any rearrangement or relocation of furniture requires prior approval from us. • Kindly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighboring units. • No parties/events/pets allowed on the premises. • Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. • Please respect check in and check out times. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. • Cooking food with strong odors such as dried fish is not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty of Php 2,000. • Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. A penalty of Php 5,000 will be imposed for violations. • Guests may be held accountable for any damaged, missing items, or additional cleaning charges accrued during their stay. • Guests are responsible for regularly managing trash disposal to prevent attracting bugs and ants. We shall not be held liable for any consequences if this responsibility is neglected by guests. Guest access - 2 Guests can use the swimming pool for free, after that the bulding admin charges 150 Php for adults and 100 Php for Children. - Lobby reception - 3 Elevators Other things to note Important note: Currently our building is being powered by a Generator. There's an ongoing issue with the power supply from the electric company in the building. The property management is continuously resolving this issue and will be updating soon once this has been resolved. Aircon and all other appliances works perfectly fine inside the unit without any problem and elevators operates normally as well, however the Generator will be shutdown from 2AM to 4AM (midnight) (2 hrs) daily, which means there will be no power and elevators will not be available during those times as well. For any special request that can be accommodated during the time there’s power outage will be arranged upon request. We provide chargeable fan for the 2hrs power outage.
