The space Our beachside Villa Nerida has recently been fully refurbished, and is fitted with all new goodies. Included in your stay at the Villa are... Pool area: - Our Villa has a private 7x2.5m pool (1.20m depth) which benefits from sunlight almost all day long, keeping the water at a comfortable temperature. It’s so inviting, you’ll want to swim in it all day long and may even forget about the sandy beach just 2 minutes away. - The pool was built with seater steps to enter the pool that you can also use to lounge on and enjoy a sip of your favourite cocktail. Yes, we also have a cocktail shaker! - By the pool, we have 3 sun loungers with cushions and beach towels included, so you can chill under the Cyprus sun, or move it into the shade just to relax and do nothing at all. - If you feel like being social by the pool, there's a sofa lounge set under the pergola's shade to enjoy a coffee and look out onto uninterrupted sky views. - In the evenings and night time, you can still enjoy being outside with the sea breeze and not have to worry about mosquittos. We have a UV mosquitto lamp for outside use, as well as lovely Citronella scented candles outside that repel mosquittos away and smell amazing. - Speaking of night-time outdoors, our pool is great for night time swimming. The water remains warm from the daytime sun and the underpool lights really make for a relaxing atmosphere. - We also have some pool floaties and a baby inflatable pool. Outdoor Eating Area: - No holiday Villa would be complete without a barbeque! Being lovers of good food and summer living, we have a full sized charcoal BBQ in our patio, as well as a large outdoor sink and ample counter space to prep and serve your food. - You, your friends and family can enjoy that BBQ feast on our large handcrafted solid oak dining table, which easily accomodates 8 people. Living Room: - If you feel like being indoors for a while, you’ll be just as delighted. You can Netflix & Chill with our high spec 55 inch 4K UHD Smart TV. Or perhaps you’d prefer to lounge under the air conditioning on our Italian handmade sofa with a good book. The choice is yours. - When you feel in a partying mood, put on some tunes using our Bluetooth Sound System (with a subwoofer) and open up the large sliding glass garden doors for a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. Dining Room: - Fancy eating-in with cool air-conditioned air, why not eat at our indoor solid oak 6 seater dining table. You can still enoy views of the pool and sky sat from here. Kitchen: - We have a fully fitted solid wood and Caesarstone kitchen at the ready for you. Included is a large fridge/freezer, laundry washing machine, full sized-dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, a great high spec oven and kitchen sink. - Of course, we have a coffee station with a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother (for both hot or cold milk) and coffee capsules. We also have a Cypriot Frappe frother and a French Press, if that's what you prefer. If you’re more of a tea person, we've got a selection of teas and kettle too. And a 4 slice toaster for breakfast! - We also have an array of seasonings for you to cook to your heart's content. Bedrooms: - Upstairs we have the bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and a third bedroom with 2 single beds that can be combined to make a queen bed too. - All three bedrooms have closet space and hangers included. Bathrooms: - The master bedroom benefits from an en suite bathroom which has an overhead rain shower as well as a handheld shower head. With our luxury bathroom mirror, you can also instanty de-mist the mirror after your shower at the touch of a button. And you can change the mirror lighting too from the buttons at the base of the mirror, so you can see yourself better. - There is a WC on the ground floor, but the main bathroom is upstairs near the bedrooms. Our main bathroom has a bath for soaking in as well as a shower. This bathroom too has a mirror with built-in lighting that also de-mists after a bath or shower, so you can get ready with ease. We also have a hairdryer for you in the bathroom drawer, fitted with both a straightening nozzle or a diffuser for curly hair. - Guests will also be provided with beach towels and 600GSM Egyptian Cotton bathroom towels, so there's no need to pack any. Guest access Guests will have full access and use of all areas of the beach house during their stay, except for a few aluminium storage units. Other things to note We like to welcome our guests with a complementary bottle of white wine to get their holiday started! And as little extras, we also provide a picnic basket and cooler for beach picnics, as well as beach mats and toys. To help you stay fit during your stay, we have a yoga mat and a set of 5kg weights available too. Sunrise yoga, yes please! --------- The pool is cleaned twice a week, so the pool maintenance guys may pop in shortly to maintain the pool. They will ring the doorbell for access. A food shop can be organised prior to your arrival so you have a fully stocked house without having to spend precious holiday time at the supermarket. Please let us know in advance if this is a service you wish to have. Also, in-stay cleaning is available for stays that are longer than a week (at an extra fee). For all baby equipment, like baby safety gates etc., please message us as they are only available upon request. They are available at no extra cost, of course.
