Soca Area Sweet cottage in Livek

This sweet, newly renovated cottage is situated outside the main village overlooking meadows, hills and mountains. It has an open plan living & dining area on the ground floor, with kitchen and bathroom with shower. The space Upstairs are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a balcony with superb views and a 160x200 bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. To get to the main bedroom you must walk through the second bedroom. There is a lovely wooden deck outside for relaxing and eating out. Livek is a small, traditional village situated between Kobarid and Tolmin. The house is located outside the village, nestled on a hillside with 360 degree views of the surrounding area. It's a place for nature lovers wishing to escape the hustle and bustle, experience the traditional, rural way of life here in Slovenia as well as being well placed to visit the Soča valley, Kobarid and Bovec with all the history, adrenalin activities and wonderful scenery they offer. Things to note: The house has only 1 phase electricity, this means that if you have many electrical items on at the same time the electricity will cut out and you will need to press a reset button. To avoid a repeat of this you will need to balance the use of electrical items. The house is not equipped with a dishwasher or microwave. Due to the steepness of the stairs, parents of young children should supervise them and exercise caution. Other things to note Pets - Pets are welcome, but you must complete the Airbnb booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.
