The space The property has three bedrooms on the first floor and a fourth bedroom on the second floor. The rooms are very comfortable, with large closets and windows overlooking the grove of trees that is so characteristic of the area. The master bedroom has a 40” TV with Direct TV and an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have full beds, desks, and share a full bathroom (with bathtub and double sink) and a toilet. The living room — with French-style armchairs and reading lights — is connected to a dining room with a table and chairs for eight diners. This area connects to a small roofed gallery overlooking the pool, two director's chairs, a side table, and a wooden bench — ideal for getting fresh air and enjoying a bite. The kitchen is spacious and has a round table for six people. It is equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to cook and eat, and a dishwasher to simplify cleaning. In the garden you can enjoy the pool (with optional fence), a Paraguayan hammock, two lounge chairs for adults and two lounge chairs for children.
