The space Thanks to note that this is a real " Bed & B'fst, and that I do live in the house. It is possible to reserve the second bedroom if you need it ( for 1 or 2 additional guests). Of course the tarif will change accordingly. the actual rate for the second bedroom is 180 euros per night. Guest access The terrace by the bedroom is dedicated to you. You can, of course, when the weather allows it, enjoy a rest in the garden on the ground floor, or even the main living room Please note that the interior of the apartment is non-smoking. During your stay I will of course be happy to help you with your organization and travel, but also to help you discover "authentic Paris"! ...Special and unusual places, often unknown to tourists. Other things to note My "home" is located in a quiet street near Place de la République and the charming "Canal St Martin". the district is nevertheless central for the most varied restaurants, bars (along the canal, rue Oberkampf)..etc Other advantages: public transport that goes to all directions! the Metro (nearest stations: République/Oberkampf/Parmentier) as well as many buses (Lines 96/56/46/91/20/75)
