Located right by the ship lane, often called Highway 1, where you can get in close contact with the ship traffic, also the large cruise ships come almost up to the house wall. Other things to note It is difficult to get closer to Ålesund without staying there. Walk to the speedboat in a minute or two, this will take you to the middle of Ålesund city center in a moment!
