Chalet de la Soye

This chalet, renovated 3 years ago, is ideal for 6 people. Its living room offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent discovering the region and its many lakes. Relax on the sofa, reading a good book, or enjoying the Wi-Fi available for your use. You can then cook a good comforting dish and enjoy it around the dining table, on the balcony or on the outdoor table while enjoying the calm and nature The space The chalet features two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa is convertible, which allows two people to sleep there. Linens are not included in the price of the stay. Heaters have been added to the bedrooms (after the January 2024 review) All windows and doors have been changed and are now double glazed. The shutters are electric The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. Towels are not included in the price and cannot be made available. The chalet is heated with a pellet stove. Bags of pellets are available but are not included in the price of the stay (€8). The bags will be paid at the end of your stay, depending on the number you have consumed. To give you an idea, the chalet warms up quickly, there are on average 3 bags for a week. The kitchen is rather well equipped: oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc... it is ideal for preparing good dishes and then enjoying them around the dining table or outside. Outside, you can rest in one of the sun loungers available in the garden (1000 square meters). The front yard is fenced but not the back yard. Access to the garden is either by stairs or by a very gentle descent. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. There are no neighbors on the adjoining plots, just grass. Maybe you'll get a chance to see deer from the balcony? Speaking of balcony, it is ideal for having breakfast in the morning (the sun shines directly on the balcony) Pets (dogs, cats or rabbits etc.) are of course welcome. The chalet is a 5-minute drive from the famous Pierre-Percée Lake and its village. In Pierre-Percée, you will find some restaurants. It is also a 5-minute drive from the Celles-sur-Plaine leisure center (towed buoy, beach, mini-golf, etc.) Native to the region, we will be happy to give you our recommendations and answer your questions. The nearest supermarket (Leclerc) is a 10-minute drive away and the first bakery is a 3-minute drive away (or a 15-minute walk!) The house is also 1 hour by car from Strasbourg or Colmar, ideal for a day trip to visit Alsace and its vineyards. But let's not forget that the Vosges are full of little treasures, not so far from the chalet, such as Lake Gérardmer (30 min) or Lake Maix (15 min). Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note Housekeeping is not included in the price. You can choose a cleaning package (€60) and we will take care of the cleaning. For organizational reasons, please let us know when you book or on the day of your arrival. Also, there is a linen package (€30), where we can make the linen available to you. Again for organizational reasons, please let us know BEFORE your arrival.
