Camps Bay Villa: Bon Azure

Welcome to our Bon Azure Villa in beautiful Camps Bay. Our home is a spacious four-bedroomed villa with magnificent views of the ocean and mountains, and within walking distance from the famous Camps Bay Promenade and beach. This is a perfect place for family and friends to relax, or for those wanting a work from home get-away. It has solar power, inverter and battery backup for your comfort during electricity outages (load shedding). The space On entering the villa after climbing the stairs, you are greeted with an open-plan dining room, well-equipped kitchen, together with a large, comfortably furnished lounge with smart TV, leading out onto a patio with dining facilities, gas BBQ and a view of the ocean. On the upper level enter the main bedroom, with a king bed, armchairs, a smart TV, air-con, en-suite bathroom and its own private balcony – a perfect place for ocean and sunset watching or enjoying a cozy breakfast for two. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, air con and a working space backed by beautiful mountain views. Our third upstairs room, a lounge, contains comfy couches and a smart TV. It leads onto a balcony with magnificent views of the mountains-Twelve Apostles to one side, Lions Head to the other- and a panoramic view of the ocean and coastline. This room is versatile and could be adapted for use as a private working space. A large bedroom with queen bed, air con, ocean views, direct access to the patio and a working space can be found downstairs. A smaller bedroom contains two single beds. There is a shared bathroom and a guest loo. The property boasts three balconies, one with an eight seater dining area, a spacious outdoor entertainment area with a small pool and sun loungers. Should you wish to accommodate members of your party in a separate space, or would like a private work-space, there is a fully-equipped self-contained cottage on the property which can be utilised by pre-arrangement, at an extra cost. Guest access The property is for your exclusive use . The house can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Separate units on the property are available on request and at additional cost. Other things to note • Fast and uncapped Wi-Fi available throughout the house and cottage • Netflix is provided for your entertainment • We provide cleaning services every second day on week days. Please arrange details with our House Manager. • The property has outside security cameras and is linked to a response company. Details of alarm systems will be provided on arrival. • There is garaging for three cars. Note that garages will not accommodate large SUVs. Off road parking in front of the garages is available. • The solar power/battery backup provides power during electricity outages, except for the stove, oven and geyser. A microwave, air fryer and gas BBQ are available during outages. • Air con is provided in the dining room and three larger bedrooms. There are also two mobile cooling units and several fans. • Heaters and extra blankets are available in the winter months • The house is built on the mountainside and there are several steps to climb. • Adult supervision is advised for children because of the steps and a sunken lounge feature. The pool is unsecured but a safety net is available. • The house also boasts its own water supply from mountain and spring. • No parties are allowed. If you wish to party our villa is not for you
