Beautiful 2 BR in Victorian Home

WE DO HAVE HOT WATER…FYI Charming Victorian House with a third floor space offering a 1 BR facing the Hudson River, 1BR facing the front of the house along with a small living room, private Bath and kitchenette. As we are not in NYC-the new law banning Airbnb rentals in NYC does not apply to us. I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent if you need help renting, buying or selling. The space Yonkers The Hollywood of the East! Charming Victorian House with 2BRs, 1 BR facing the Hudson River, 1BR facing the front of the house, a private bathroom and a kitchenette and small living room. It is a one fam home. We live on the 1st and 2nd levels and and the 3rd level is the private space we offer to our Airbnb guests. Keep in mind it is a walk up to the 3rd floor. We have a beautiful and comfortable home. We are not a motel, hotel or B&B. It is our home and and we share our home in the spirit of Airbnb. VERY IMPORTANT. One's expectations are important so before you book have all the questions ready to ask because this will help in making your decision easier. We also have two beautiful dogs that are very people friendly: Two Labradors and two cats. The pets do not have access to guest living quarters. The 3rd floor space has 2 bedrooms. One master bedroom with a full sized bed facing the beautiful Hudson River and the other guest room with a queen sized bed facing the front of the house. There is also a sitting room with cable TV. There is a private recently renovated bathroom on that floor only for Airbnb guests. WE DO HAVE HOT WATER. some sites have us as not having hot water. We also have a kitchenette- a place to enjoy your breakfast and or cook a simple meal with our induction cooktops. I As much or as little as they feel comfortable. 15 min walk to train. Easy access to manhattan, only 30 min ride Close to downtown Yonkers-Getty Square. We are not a hotel nor a bed and breakfast. It is our home and in the spirit of Airbnb we open our home to travelers who desire to experience a home away from home. We trust that our guests will treat our home as it were there own. Privacy is very important for us. When you stay with us the 3rd floor is totally yours. While we honor a guests privacy-the common areas are just that -common. One such area is our garden. We welcome you to enjoy, cook and relax however there are times that we will be there as well either entertaining or just vegging out. Pets: we welcome pets. Dogs must be house trained and not be prone to chewing. Dogs are not allowed in the backyard to relieve themselves. Owners must walk their dogs. Cats are also welcomed however if they spray then they will not be able to stay/travel to the house. Hope this helps. I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent.
