Other things to note Important Information: No Parties or Events: Parties or events are not allowed on the property unless previously approved. We strive to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests. Advance Notification: Kindly notify us at the time of booking regarding the number of persons and pets accompanying you during your stay. Bikes and Kayak Availability: If you wish to use the bikes or kayak during your stay, please notify us in advance so that we can ensure they are available for your use. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee their availability. Not a Hotel: We are not a hotel and therefore do not offer the same services typically provided by hotels. This includes daily cleaning, room service, access to a concierge, 24-hour front desk, and similar amenities. Customer Service Hours: Our customer service team is available from 9:00 am to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please be aware that after 6:00 PM, our guest services will be closed. For assistance outside of these hours, please feel free to send us a text message for a prompt response. We'll do our best to address any inquiries or concerns as quickly as possible. Guest House Inclusion: Please note that the guest house is only included during the summer months (June to Labor Day). For other dates, it is rented separately. If you are renting outside of the summer season, please be aware that the backyard is reserved exclusively for the carriage house guests, who may be accompanied by pets. However, these pets are not permitted to be off leash. The back deck shown in the pictures remains available for your use. Long-term Stays: For stays of 28 days or longer, pets need to be approved prior to booking. There is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175. Based on your profile history and reviews, we reserve the right to ask for an additional refundable security deposit.
