Perfect Co-Living in Graz

- We are Colivi and do professional co-living - All of our tenants are wether students or young professionals - Registration is of course possible and you'll get a rental contract - Minimum stay is 90 days - The deposit is 1000€ (will be returned) - We only do fortnightly and not daily (contracts always start at the 1st or the 16th of a month. Move-out dates are the 15th or the last of each month. Of course you can move in and leave whenever you want, it is just about the contract itself The space PRIVATE ROOM IN A NEWLY REFURBISHED FLAT WITH 2 BATHROOMS, LIVING ROOM AND BALCONY! The flat is in the middle of the city, but in the best and very calm area of it. It is very close to the universities and to the green recreational areas like Augarten and Stadtpark. The huge flat is perfect for young people to get to know others and enjoy Graz fully! It has a big living area, a very nice living-kitchen, 2 bathrooms a balcony and with it's total of 7 bedrooms you will meet likeminded people super easily. In your room (NUMBER 6 IN THE FLOOR PLAN) you will find a comfortable double bed, a chill area with a couch, fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace). In the apartment you have everything you need (washing-machine, hair drier....) and more. Everything (heating, electricity, internet etc.) is included in the price (All-In), so you can move in directly without worrying about anything. Other things to note We from CoLivi are running more than 300 places in Austria to host students and young professionals during their stay here. All of our co-livings are fully furnished with all the things that you need. You can move in only with your personal belongings and don't need to worry about anything else. We don't take a cleaning fee or a service fee, since our tenants all have cleaning agreements (as part of the rental contract that you will be sent after the booking). So you will find your room spotless and we hope that you will leave it in the same condition to the tenant after you :) Furthermore we require 1000€ of deposit in order to guarantee your rental payments during your long term stay. We can not take the deposit via Airbnb but you will find all the infos in your rental contract. Of course you will get the deposit back after you moved out and your payments were in order :)
