Luxuriate in the huge new shower. This darling two-room tiny house with a kitchenette has the conveniences and comfort you want for a short stay. The queen bed sleeps two while the couch in the main room is deep and can sleep another. Wifi and Roku enabled. Perfect little getaway! The space The cottage sits on 4 acres and has its own patio with a cafe table and chairs. The kitchen is a kitchenette with an under-counter refrigerator w. freezer, microwave, tea kettle and Keurig. We invite guests to wander the property. Guest access The Cottage has reserved parking and we ask that you park with your car's nose or tail facing the reserved parking sign. We are in a semi-rural environment, 15 minutes to downtown South Bend and Notre Dame. Services (grocery, gas, UPS, shopping, liquor stores, etc.) are 2 miles from the Cottage. Other things to note The Cottage has a gravity furnace, this means you won't hear a fan turn on. Use the Nest thermostat to turn on or up the heat.
