Seaside cottage - in a lovely environment

Nice little cottage (attic house on our property) with its own patio, and access to our garden. 10-minute walk to beach with jetty and diving tower. Nice mushroom and berry forests nearby. Close to several golf courses including Lycke, Gullbringa and Kode. Also close to the hiking trails in Svartedalen Nature Reserve. The house consists of one bedroom with a bunk bed, living room with sofa bed (2x90 cm) and kitchenette and bathroom with shower/toilet. The property is fenced and pets are welcome! The space The cottage is 25 sqm and is located on the same property as we live on but with its own private patio with table and chairs and a barbecue in the south-facing location. You are welcome to use the rest of the garden that you then share with us. The garden is fenced so guest dogs can be off their leash, provided they can socialize with our dog and us :) (a nice old golden retriever bitch and a puppy) The cottage contains a living room with a kitchen. Sleeping arrangements in the living room include a day bed, which is a sofa that can be pulled out to form two beds measuring 200 x 90 cm. One bedroom with a bunk bed, 90 cm wide beds. The kitchen is in the living room and has two hotplates, a convection oven, coffee maker and kettle. Fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and towel dryer. There is a possibility to borrow an inflatable kayak if you want to go out and paddle. Guest access You are welcome to be in our garden, dogs that are kind and social are welcome to be loose on the fenced plot. There are chickens in a cage in the back of the garden. Other things to note The toilet has a pump and you must therefore absolutely not flush pads, tampons or anything else that does not belong to a regular toilet visit. Trash can with lid is available in the bathroom for such. Bed linens and towels are included.
