Red's Cabin

Red's cabin has been lovingly restored to create a special and memorable experience for your holiday or getaway. This unique and peaceful hideaway is located on a small farm just 2 km outside of Pincher Creek AB, close to Waterton Lakes National park, Castle Mountain ski and recreation area, Crowsnest Pass and plenty of other scenic and historic sights. The cabin is cozy and private, and filled with everything you'll need to settle in, sit back, and relax… The space Red's beautiful and cozy cabin is open and spacious. From the moment you walk in, you will notice shelves and hooks and crannies to keep your belongings tucked away in. The roomy dining booth is a great place to sit and watch your partner cook your dinner, or play a board game, and the living room houses the fireplace to warm up your toes after some snowy fun. The bathroom is home to a rainfall shower head in the large tiled shower, cosy towels, hooks to hang, and a lovely vanity. Upstairs in the loft, a luxurious king-sized bed awaits your slumber, with built-in phone chargers and a lamp for reading. Peak outside the unique loft door to the wee upper deck for some morning sunshine. It’s a blissful sleeping space. Downstairs, the dining booth folds down into a single bed as well. Outside is a front patio with a BBQ grill and table and chairs for alfresco dining, and various farm animals may wander by to say hello... We offer a portable propane fire pit for your use, for a $20 fee. Red's Cabin sits beside the Shanti Hollow Yurt, a unique structure that hosts both guests and yoga classes, depending on the season.. Lots to take in, and loads of peaceful moments await you in this space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin and its front patio, as well as the small balcony off the upper loft. You may also wander to the bench behind the cabin which overlooks the creek. Please check in with us before approaching our donkey and horses, we'd be happy to give you a farm tour! Other things to note Yoga classes may be in session when you arrive or during your stay. They are generally very quiet and peaceful. You may even want to book your own private session in the yurt!
