Welcome to our warm & private unit, with its own separate entrance &a dedicated parking space. Every indoor area shown in the photos (bedroom, bathroom, & more) is entirely private (no shared space) Our place is just minutes driving from major highways (427, 401, Gardiner, QEW), downtown Toronto (10–20 minutes), Pearson Airport & several large shopping malls (under 10 minutes). The neighbourhood also offers an easy walk to local restaurants, cafés, & shops, along with excellent public transit. The space This two‑level unit offers complete privacy with no shared areas. The main floor features a full bathroom and a cabinet/wet‑bar area, while the lower level (a bright above‑ground basement with three large windows) includes a spacious bedroom along with an en‑suite living and dining area. The unit is furnished with a cozy queen bed with high‑quality linens, plus a large and comfortable sectional (not a pull‑out, but suitable as a single bed). A dedicated dining space is included, and you’ll have access to essential appliances such as an air fryer, microwave, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. Free on‑site laundry is available at designated times and is shared with the host. Our home is located in a quiet, charming neighbourhood just off Bloor Street—one of the safest and most convenient areas in Toronto. We are less than 10 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport, with quick access to major highways (QEW, Hwy 427, Hwy 401) and only 20–25 minutes from downtown Toronto by car or public transit. NEARBY CONVENIENCES INCLUDE: - Local shopping and dining (10–15 minutes on foot): supermarkets, cafés (including Starbucks), McDonald’s, Pizza Nova, and various restaurants and shops. - Transit access (5 minutes on foot): bus stops with direct routes or a short ride to Kipling Station, where you can take the subway or GO Train downtown in 20–25 minutes. There is also a direct airport bus from Kipling Station. - Parks and recreation: steps from parks, playgrounds, and scenic nature trails along the creek. Nearby attractions include Markland Wood Golf Club, Centennial Park Golf Centre, and Centennial Park Conservatory.
